How Full is Your Bucket?

When your bucket is full you are super responsible and happy.  When your bucket is low, it means your sad.  You can make someone's bucket full by helping them or saying something nice to them.  Once I helped fill up someone's bucket up by helping them clean up their mess.  I can do a better job of filling up people's buckets by doing a good job at being responsible.

jordans adventures with Light

Today we  learned  about   atoms  and  molecules.  We learned that atoms are all around us and when they join together it makes molecules.  Light gets made from bouncing off matter.  The experiment we did we needed a newspaper, a flashlight, some flour and tin foil.  We shone a light and wrapped the flashlight in tinfoil and made a tiny pin hole.  Then we took the flour and blew it into the light and we could see the light ray.  It was cool.

Today I learned that light can bounce off things.

Jordan's Rules

Rules are things that keep us safe.  In schools there are rules.  You walk down the stairs, you talk quietly, you wait your turn and you pick up litter.  In our home we have rules that keep us safe like don't touch the fireplace and we only get TV on weekends.  I feel like rules are good.

Sound

Sound can be high frequency or a low frequency.  Animals make sounds and we can't hear them.  They make low frequency sounds. Sound moves in waves and also did you know that sound can move anywhere?  Did you know that when you talk you are making sound?  Did you know that when you make sound, it makes sound waves?

I went skating twice this week.  It is super fun.  On my second time I was super good.

Jordan's Adventures in Revelstoke

Here at the Last Spike and it was the last place where the railroad track went.

This was awesome because we got go hike so high and then go down to where we parked.  It was so fun.  We learned about a plant that if you touch it you can get the contagiousness of it and you will get a rash.

This is me at Denny's.  It was super fun.  I had a cheeseburger and a Shirley Temple.  Shirley Temple's are super good.  Gramma had an omelette and the next day, Gramma and I had it for breakfast because I was staying at Gramma's.  I slept on a super soft pillow when I was at Gramma's  It's a penguin and it's SO soft.
