Healthy Living

    Your mental health is very important. One of the best ways to keep yourself healthy is by eating vitamins like vitamins B, A, or C. I am going to be working on getting better sleep, eating less carbs, and trying to get out more to help my mental health. Your mental health is also tied to your physical health so a good way to keep yourself healthy is by running and biking. Other things can cause mental health problems such as thinking too much on the past. Thinking I should not have done that thing and I should have done something else can cause depression. By thinking too much about the future you can get anxiety.  
 Matthew 6:34 says Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.




Your routine is a very important part of your day. It can help lower the number of decisions in your day which can help you have less stress in a day. I have been doing a routine for about as long as i can remember and it helps me have fewer decisions in my life. I like it because with my ADHD I have some problems making decisions and it helps me live healthier
